The top legal official in Texas Paxton is filing a lawsuit against the makers of acetaminophen, claiming the corporations concealed alleged dangers that the drug created to children's brain development.

The court filing comes thirty days after Former President Trump advocated an unproven link between using acetaminophen - referred to as acetaminophen - throughout gestation and autism spectrum disorder in young ones.
